Well, as a wee lad, my interest in military history was fed by the old collection of Classics Illustrated that my dad had from his own childhood.
One such comic book was "Lion of the North", and it was images from this comic that I had in my head as Kosciuszko made our first AOW 30 Years War maps for the Hawks. I still have the original copy as well as others such as "With Fire and Sword" and "Red Badge of Courage". Any of you ever has similar comics? _________________

Ah, nice Drake. I still also love reading Prince Valiant in the Sunday newspaper comics section.
