Well I have sen amny people say little details that are wrong with the mod in 3 different topics so to keep it simple, I thought we would dedicate this thread for exactly that.
BUgs that i have encountered so far:
HUssars(at least in AC) invisible
Drummer invisible
Cannon do not fire canister when an enemy is near, just as it was in cossacks
Suggestions....
Make lots more buildings to be able to garrison, I completely agree with the deathmatch aspect, but like u said if you add plenty more as accessories it will be a big plus.
I think Cannons are a little too weak... they would be killed with a couple of good shots, maybe increase HP to 1000
In the tech tree, I noticed there is no 35% or 10% upgrade????? is there any way you can tell Buc to make this available in final version???
Cannons should not be able to be captured, like sharp said with a crew it doesnt make no sense unless the crew runs away nd the physical cannon is captured
I agree with the Jager and chasseur non formation... they were skirmisher troops and should stay that way...
Hussar formation a must....
I am done with Lodi, and i know Sharp is done with Rivoli, and SW did heilsberg, and Bud said he did a map, and with Wagram, that would be 5 mod maps ALREADY!!!, GEX I WOULD ALREADY SAY YOUR MAP IS A HECK OF A SUCCCESSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the MOD more and more as I play it.
Well thast all i could come up with right now...

Disagree with Jaegers, check out the role of the Russian Jaeger Regiments at Borodino, and most other countries that used Jaeger regiments they had a dual role skirmishing and as regular Battalions,
I am sure the Chasseurs of the imperial guard where used in battalion strength.
Looks as though themod is geared up more to Deathmatch players than Hawks battles, I hope we can get a few changes implemented to more suit our battles.
I am sure Cossacks2 has very little garissoning of buildings agaim they are bowing to DM players who are in the majority who do not like storming houses.

Well, they may think that DM players are in the majority. They sure are in AOW. In FB though most of the times when I go to the server I either see 1)a high percentage of Hawks 2)mostly Hawks 3)or no one but me.
Hopefully they will be artists for the sake of art, not just mass production specialists.

First there were more kinds of huntsmen (jagers, chaussers etc.) Many the were light infantry but there were also line infantry huntsmens!... THe imperial Chausser was a whole different kind of chaussers, you can not not even in 1 way except their same name connect Imperial chaussers and light infantry, but 99% Light infantry chausers fought as skrimish and that is a fact! _________________

Just stating the fact light infantry regiments where formed companies of men trained to act with more freedom and independence than regular line troops, but they could form line/square/column just as good and perhaps not even better than regular troops.
French light infantry had two companies on each flank called carabiniers that acted as skirmishers to there own regiment when the centre companies where formed, the centre companies where called chasseurs.
But Gex I love the mod and appreciate all the hard work you have done so far, and when I make a map using your mod I will put troops on map in skirmish formation as I have done in the past, but I would still like the option to form one or two regiments of light troops if its possible to do.

A big no no to that , France and Austria (especially France) in that era didnt have no signifant improvment infantry in fire arms. Cause my tech trees are made as much as they can be by histroy ...but such upgrades will he avavible to Brits cause it is well know they had better weponry and infantry! _________________

hi gex just give Wagram a quick test in editor and I cannot wait to play it online, great map.
Re upgrades for British troops I think that is a good idea cos the British put more emphasise into fire drills for there soldiers, also fought in two deep line to maximise fire power and one of the most forgotton about things is the British used a far superior quality of gunpowder to the French.
Cheers Bud.
Ps used an old map of mine to create a large Fictional battle using your MOD,got sooo excited putting troops onto map I was way past 18000 units when I realised game would just not play.
So I have trimmed it down and its called The Battle of Gexmodia in your honour.

Amazing work on the mod gex! I especially like the slow lancers.
A game I own, called 'waterloo napoleons last battle' has a large amount of sound files which in english, french and german say things like ''form column'', ''deploy in line'', ''form square'', ''vive l'emperor!'', 'huzzar!!!'', etc. Would they be any use for sprucing up your mod?
