well at last Sharpe you showed what you think and what kind of man you are, I hope the other Hawks will not be blind,
and answering your question: I never called Indians heroes, killing innocent men doesnt make anybody a hero, and you Sharpe as always are trying your tricks with "turned back questions",
good luck Sharpe, I dont think I will answer on your further posts _________________

At your age Sharpe you shouldn't even know how to despise anyone, let alone an entire race of people whom you have never met and all because of the atrocity committed against a relative who died in the line of duty many, many years before you even walked this earth.
Carrying that sort of burden / hatred round for the rest of your life can only do you harm m8 believe me. _________________

lol very dramatically put Jark, you uncovered the secret, I dont like the Indians <gasp> since ive said that from day 1 of these arguments I dont think that shocks any1. And o i was very amused when you mentioned my "tricks" My tricks of course are asking you a question after answering one of yours, that is a dastardly trick
and an online forum really is an accurate way of showing what kind of a person some1 is
And i agree Jark I hope the other HWKS will not be blind to the fact that I dont like the indians, my dislike of the indians will obviously shake the hwks to there very foundations!
Jark if you dont want to reply to any of my further posts then dont! I really dont mind either way.
axle i would hardly call disliking something a burden, I view the indians the same way i view mustard, distasteful and just plain bad (i wouldnt put either of them on a hotdog!) _________________

Well..........I'm not wanting to lengthen out this argument because really it's quite over I would think, BUT Dislike is something that you have for something that you basically just try to avoid, for instance I Dislike rainy weather.....however, Despise is akin to hatred and is a much stronger word for English speakers...you Despise censorship, high taxes and oppresion par example. _________________

Now that is childish and further proves your immature mentality sharpe .
how the hell can you compare disliking people ( you have never met ) to a bloody condiment for hotdogs ..................crap !!! and that does make me mad m8..
You incorrectly accused Jark, as you did me, referring to the Indians as heroes when neither of us have said this once......you are just using your blinded rage ( yes rage ) and not reading what others are writing and just replying with blinded hatred to their comments.
Jark asked you why do you refer to the "certain Irish folk" as heroes and he never once mentioned the Indians as Heroes or the "certain irish folk" as terrorists
You didnt really answer jarks question either , you haven't explained anything to support your arguments for your heroes (certain irish folk ) and your villains ( Indians )............
Sharpe says "very simple, I despise the Indians"........this is not, in any way shape or form a "supported argument".
So yes Jark is correct with his analogy to your remarks and I whole heartedly agree with him too ......and this saddens me.
I can only presume you want us to discuss certain topics within the P & R Forum so that you can unleash your blind rage and say as much as you like in any manner you see fit ..............forget it !!
_________________

Sharpe you didn't refer to your "dislike" of the Indians you said you "despised" them..........you summed up you feelings towards them in one simple word.
"Dislike" is to find something unpleasant ( like mustard .......because I too dislike mustard and wouldn't place any onto my hotdogs either )
"Despise" is to regard with contempt or scorn , to consider as worthless and inferior.
"Contempt" is to consider someone or something as low, worthless, etc and to disregard them.
"Disregard" is to consider someone or something of little or no importance.
"Scorn" is to show extreme contempt.
I think we can safely state that to despise someone is far stronger than simply disliking them.............so maybe you'd like to change your wording Sharpe , unless of course you do still mean "despise". _________________

in my 2nd post i changed despise to dislike. And yes i do dislike the indians. And as others have said jarky there is a difference between dispise and dislike.
And axle i have answered this same question many many times, why do I feel 1 way about the indians an another about the ira? Its simply perspective, an irishman would see the ira as heros the english would see them as terrorists. The indians were perceived as savage beasts in the 1800s and were thus eliminated to protect the settlers and to secure more land for usa expansion. i of course dislike the indians for personal reasons.
and as Drake said this argument really is over, it has been beaten to death. _________________
Its simply perspective, an irishman would see the ira as heros the english would see them as terrorists. quote]
HMMM NOT ALL CATHOLIC IRISHMEN SAW THE IRA AS FREEDOM FIGHTERS M8, (IM NOW TALKING ABOUT THE NORTH OF IRELAND NOT THE SOUTHS STUGGLE AGAINST THE ENGLISH THRONE.) MANY CATHOLICS FELT HARD DONE BY AND DISRIMINATED AGAINST BY THE IRISH UNIONISTS BUT THAT DIDNT MEAN THEY SUPPORTED MURDER AND MAYHEM, THATS WHY PARTYS LIKE THE SDLP AND OTHERS WERE VERY WELL SUPPORTED BY THE CATHOLICS, TO SAY ALL IRISH CATHOLICS SUPPORTED INDISCRIMINATE VOILENCE IS JUST NOT TRUE M8. AGAIN WHAT MOST PEOPLE WANT IS PEACE AND JUSTICE NOT BOMBS AND BULLETS. DONT FORGET MOST BRITS SAW THE UNIONIST TERROR GROUPS AS TERRORISTS NOT JUST THE IRA
