This is perhaps a long shot, but would any one be interested in finishing an india map? My PC is running on nothing else but hope and the partition on which I play games has vanished, without a trace. I now have to save up for a new PC, which will probably take quite a while, but I would really like this map completed as it's a corker... at least in my oppinion Rolling Eyes
Any way the map is 80% complete as is, but needs some tarting up and final adjustments.
Theres no real reward if you choose to have this wee task, unless you get a kick out of map making Shocked or your a lunatic of some sort.
....
Well thanks for your time Embarassed
JIB!!!!!

Cheers m8! Very Happy
Its the battle of sobraon 1846, during the sikh wars. All the bare bones are there and the sides were fairly even, see what you can do!
I'll send it now...

My MSN went down with the partition so I'm running off my parents drive, so msn probably wont be possible untill I get a new Pc. So I'll email it if thats okay by you, if not I could send it to a hawk with msn to forward it, your choise. anyway
Heres the map I worked from http://www.briansiano.com/flashman/GRAPHICS/Battle%20of%20Sobraon%20map.gif
And heres a link for info http://www.asht.info/191
The map
Bud gave it the once over and suggested some bushes at the bottom of the earthworks and flow to the river.
Feel free to change anything, the sides are fairly equal to my memory, but I didn't get the chance to test it, so I cant be certain.
The bridge over the river is intended that routed troops flee over to the totem and it should be very difficult to get them back again. Its not very detailed though.

Here is a picture of the battle from which I took uniform ideas:

Not too sure, its was during the sikh wars so its somewhere NW India/west pakistan more or less on the boarder.
