I dont meen to offend but this is a poorly made website and needs re-making. i personally could do a lot better in my opinion and i have just started web design on my course. yet again this site makes the clan look like a bit of a joke and has a poor layout. hope it gets changed soon.

Oh i almost fogot if your looking for a good free template for the site try www.notemplates.com it is really good. i also recommend using dreamweaver and fireworks pograms to edit the templates or to even start from scratch.

So I suggest, in the nicest possible way that you take your web design course and your opinions and stick them where the sun doesn't shine pal.

P.s. I think you should enroll into a course for "good manners" and try to learn them extensively before entering someone's HOME and speaking out of turn with absolute disregard for other people's feelings.
Don't bother leaving any further replies cause no doubt you will say something which is even sillier or disregardful.

P.p.s. That's me being diplomatic and that's my opinion. ( btw my opinion counts around here )

Let me be the first one to excuse us for not having a top of the line webiste or having one of our members who excels in web design. We dont design websites for s living pal, now if you do then thats a whole other story. Our site is pretty simple, yes we know that, but you know what they say, sometimes the more simple the better, so guess what, our webiste is not going to go through a facelift, we like it the way it is, so if you dont like it pal, dont gall-darn come, its that easy.

A Joke huh? Ha ha ha, yeah, I'm laughing, but I'm laughing at how serious you take our Site. We're not raising money from investors, selling a product or even trying to impress other "clans". We do something, and we do it famously well...make maps and kick ass on the battlefield. Load a map and take the field with us and we'll see who gets the last laugh....laughing boy.

Hi

Well I could build a three tier architecturen asp .Net application with a SQl backend, using C# or visual basic, but I just don't have the time and the other problem would be, who would be able to maintain it, if I ever left the group. So yes your right the site is basic and could be made a lot more snazzy with the latest microsoft and html goodies, but time is limmited and other people have to be able to work on the pages. I like the template you linked to, maybe a new front page would be enough.

unfortunately Sharpe these are 2 completely different issues.

This qualifies as a direct insult against the hawks as a group and even though we have replied with a staunch response to this person we have kept it civilsed ( well to the point of throwing him in chains in a dungeon, letting him face firing squads and destroying his entire army of laughing boys!!

Nobody has replied with foul language or disrespected this guy quite to the extent with which you decided when you replied to that other topic.
And that person didnt deserve those kinda remarks m8, because the comments made weren't all that bad. You could simply have stated just "how much" you have learnt and possibly stated some of the many different sources from which you have gained your knowledge.
Now we all have bad days and sometimes we do react in a rash manner to occurrences, but I wish you would reconsider your remarks on that issue and maybe take some of my advice.

P.s. If you can't do it for yourself, then please think about the hawk's proud reputation m8. We all have bad days and it takes a much BIGGER man to admit when he gets it wrong and rectify his faults.

( meant to be "sincere" from one proud hawk to another m8 ). Cool

listen when i said no offence i meant i dont mean to offend you guys. if i was trying to offend you guys i really would have used some harsher words and i wouldnt have posted a website that could help you guys. i just stated my opinion that your website isnt great and tried to help and you guys. but you just throw it back to me and tell me to "stick it were the sun dont shine". cheers guys i had the impression that you were actually a good clan that was down to earth. how wrong i was!!

sirwilliam you are the only one i can understand. it can be hard to make and maintain a site but again check out that site i posted again please the templates are quite easily manipulated and maintained as once you have one page you have them all with most of the templates. why do you all insult me so for advice on the website??? get real!!!!!
