I am definitely not in favour of this league, 'rankings' no way, I hate the idea. No league if it s up to me

About losing points for not showing up it would be like this, you set a date and time with you opponent let say 28th from 2030 to 2115, and if you get there you take screenshots every 10 min of the main MP sever board, and if he doesnt show up you just send the screens to the "judge" and he gets -8 points except if the opponent doesnt notify before the agreed time that he cant arrive and if they could move the match to a latter date...
Also first four players in tournament get XP points so if you dont play the legue just the tournament you cant still get points and by that get new ranks!!

I still don t like it, it will promote too much competition, enviosity, jealousy, anymousity, conflicts?

i kinda think this will bring to much competition but perhaps a team tournement would be a good idea............................................

Well guys I tried to post a reply here 2 days ago but as soon as I tried my pc failed me  
Anyways Im surprised to see "no reply as yet" from The Drake, because I'm quite sure he will echo what I will say!!
I do remember this topic being raised sometime prior to xmas, possibly a year ago even and I think the response will be the same now.
That is to say the possibilities and implications of it causing friction in any form is not a good thing for The Hawk's.
Unfortunately this type of system would touch too near to the D.M. scenario.
We have no need for ranks and points as we already know who our "GReatest" field generals are and everyone else falls into the category below that and is happy enough!! ( yeah right  )
The whole point to the hawks is to have fun in what we do and there is the total lack of pressure to feel that you "MUST" win because you will lose points and rank.
WE are able to make the gaming possibilities more exciting with the introduction of the annual championships and now we have the presence of the gracious ITA clan who now face us on the fields of glory.
Hey Sharpe, we did arrange that doubles- teams months ago, where you and I should have taken on all-comers, but you strolled off onto the MTw scene and didn't follow it up m8.  
REmember, we were going to fight through the battles maybe as the British in the napoleonic battles and see how well we could do.

i cant see how this could work really, if the champships taking this long what about a league LOL where u play 2 times lol. plus people like me, bull, ect....couldnt get there all the time "unfair"which would put the more rubbish players I.E axle etc....(hum well theres no others lol), at the top lol.

I agree with SW. It could be ok but a stringent code of conduct would need to be drafted. We could just try it and see if there's any merit to the idea. But on the other hand it could be disasterious. If it got out of hand |

Yeah,
There is going to be NO Hawks league or official accumulation of points via battles played etc. Its makes us toooo similar to deathmatch motivations. WAY to similar. Our battle collection grows, as does our reputation. The Championship continues, and we still satiate our need for epic conflict with our fellow Hawks. Things are good in Hawks land, so NO LEAGUE!
