HI all, any one who has downloaded MOD onto there AC game who wants to test a really large battle scenario and give the mod a good run out let me know and I will send you the map.
Two things for Gex to look into are in L mode Hussar for French and Austrian drummer do not appear, they are there in close in zoom mode.
Love the Mod and thanks for all the hard work you have put into it looking forward to the next installment.

I am almost done with Lodi Bridge, so we can test that also...

I have played wagram with Drake yesterday, incredeble battle... but Gex is there any way that we can load the battle to the server that way it can be played multiplayer...

IMHO the battle map most needed for the EW mod is Austerlitz. Napoleans finest hour.

Both bugs are known, will fix em in the patch icon_wink.gif

About the map well it is already playable in MP , but i will send one version so it can be evaluated... to whom do i have to send it to? also as you can see before you start the battle in BATTLEFIELD on the shell it is very well hisoricly resarched!

Oh yeah. Hmm, which will be the next nation you will do? BTW great battle today. Wagram is an excellent map,rife with strategic possibility. The mod is great. I noticed that the "move and attack every thing on the way" button seems to work a little differently than FB.
Also I like the artillery option "attack ground" from Cossacks. The best thing,other than the new unit classes and uniforms, tho is the intro movie! It's freaking amazing! How did you create it? It's way better than the original.

ok what i liked: great new troops!!!!! i really like the variety.
Its a great mod but a few things irk me. No formations for chaeussers jaegers and hussars, plz plz plz change this!!!! i gurantee every one wants to see these guys in formation!. Another irk, garrisons cant be garrisoned an that really hurts the startegy for alotta maps, recomend u change that. And finally, plz make cannons uncaptureable again!!!!!!! it was lame in aow how u could capture cannons, but they had no crews so i could live with that, but these cannons have crews!!!!!!! its rediculous to think that if u left a gun battery alone 1 uhlan could capture the whole thing!, now thats just silly lol icon_biggrin.gif

Over all i love the mod and im workin on a map usin this mod now icon_smile.gif
so just fix a few lil quirks an this (imo) will be better then c2 until they get editor out.

P.S i think yur troops look better then the c2 troops

@deburca: well i didnt make the movie if you watch the creadits (you know in main menu when you dont do anything for some 20-30sec) a member of our team made it: Pipokipp icon_wink.gif

@Sharpe: About the hussars, well that is acceptable, but Chaussers and J�gers is unacceltable simply cause they werent formations troops (in that i mean line troops) and in formations they would be the strongest troops and that would be a big '-'! Only Blockhouses and fortresses can be garrisoned, and that is a big '+' to DM so no more boring citie siges! But i will add in the editor under accessories (where the bridge, lamp etc. are located) some garrisonable buildings for ya map makers icon_wink.gif)
About the cannons, well in reality it was done that way if enemy captured it they would turn it around and fire at ya... And 1 Uhlan would kill it if not capture it, cause cannon wont fire if he is attacked on close distance (that is a think from ac not my work)! So you always have a delet button, cause it is alwayz better to give it in pieces to the enemy than in 1 lolz... icon_wink.gif icon_razz.gif

chaeussers and jaegers in formation are a must!!!!!!!! look at there uses they were often deployed in battalion strength, an frankly out of formation here useless, i need them 2 have formations or else there a little useless eyecandy. Common gex m8! most guns of this time had a crew of 8-10 gunners wgo were often armed, they should remain uncaptureable, its just stupid to see a whole gun battery defect after seein 1 enemy soldier. icon_confused.gif And garrisonable buildings an uncapable cannons were what made fb so much better then lame aow. dont return us to some of those lame things lol. srry to sound like a complainer but this is just constructive critisicm, ive talked with 4 hwks who all agree with these ideas .

great mod it just needs a few tweaks icon_biggrin.gif
