WELL M8 U SHOULD FIND THAT ID ON THE BACK OF UR BOOKLET AT THE BOTTOM JUST ENTER THAT IN AND U CAN GET ONLINE. HOPE THAT HAS HELPED ANYMORE HELP COME BK.

Yeah that's right, it's the 16 digit code, combining letters and numbers, which appears on the base of the rear page of the booklet.

Just tell him he needs to be careful when inputting the code, as it is easy to mistake 0 ( zero ) for a O; l ( small L ) for a No.1.
So if he gets rejected the first time he complete's the code, he will need to alter the letter/ number he used first time and replace it with the other possibilty.
