The Fifth Coalition 1809

Raszyn (April 19th, 1809)

Author: [HWK]Foxhound. HEW up-dated. A particular favorite for the map's author, this is the final version of many Hawks' renditions of this famous Polish battle. General Poniatowski demonstrated amazing determination against heavy odds as the Austrians moved to punish Napoleon's staunch and loyal ally. Read "Map Rules" before playing.

Echmuhl (April 22,1809)

Author: [HWK]THE_DRAKE, Echmuhl; Austrian Campaigns. Marshall Davout of the French army (blue) finds himself facing a superior Austrian army (green) under the command of Prince Charles himself. Yet re-inforcements are on the way. This map starts players where French are on the attack. Due to map size and scenery, it is suggested that players not select massive troops numbers to give orders as this might cause a system crash in low memory computers. See Read First text in download before playing.

Wagram (August 5-6th, 1809)

Author: [HWK]Stu. HEW up-dated. Having been thrown back at the battle of Aspern-Essling, the pontoons are rebuilt, the troops rested and Napoleon has re-crossed in force to deal again with the stubborn Austrians. Lobau Island supplies the assault, and is a strategic factor in this detailed recreation of the bloodiest battle of its time. Read "Map Rules" before playing.
